What is this Indicator?
This indicator shows the death rate per 100,000 population aged 65+ due to Alzheimer's disease.
Why this is important: 
According to the CDC, up to 5.1 million Americans aged 65 years and older have Alzheimer’s disease. These numbers are predicted to more than double by 2050 unless more effective ways to treat and prevent Alzheimer’s disease are found.
Technical Note:  This indicator is compared with the Florida state value and is based on BRFSS survey data for the state of Florida.
