Age-Adjusted Hospitalization Rate due to Long-Term Complications of Diabetes

This indicator shows the age-adjusted hospitalization rate due to long-term complications of diabetes per 10,000 population aged 18 years and older. Cases include a primary diagnosis of a long-term complication of diabetes. Long-term complications of diabetes include eye, renal, neurological, or circulatory complications or complications not otherwise specified. Cases of gestational diabetes are excluded.
